2022
To meet the latest colour trends in architectural systems at the highest quality and to comply with Qualicoat standards, we launched our electrostatic powder coating facility. With this addition, we achieved a monthly painting capacity of 350 tons, equating to an annual capacity of 4,200 tons.
2021
Due to the growing global trust and demand for BTS products, we established our aluminium profile extrusion facility in our new 15,000 m² factory located in the Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone. With our 7” 2450 UST aluminium extrusion press, we reached an annual production capacity of 5,400 tons.
2012
We successfully completed the simultaneous installation of 15,000 linear meters of glass railing systems in major projects located in both Istanbul and Bodrum. These prestigious projects greatly increased BTS’s brand recognition and reinforced our market position in the sector.
2008
We finalized the design of our first glass railing models, which are still in production today, and proudly became the first company in Turkey to manufacture such systems. We introduced these systems to both domestic and international markets, especially focusing on brand development in Turkey and the Balkans. Glass railing systems continue to be a key product group that we actively develop and prioritize.
2007
In 2007, we moved to our current facility — a 2,500 m² closed area which now serves as our main headquarters. We centralized all production processes, from saw cutting to CNC mechanical processing, under one roof.
2005
With the development of modern manufacturing technologies and our desire to elevate our quality standards, in 2005 we replaced all our universal machines with advanced CNC equipment. CNC lathes and vertical machining centers enabled us to achieve a new level of precision, surface quality, and excellence in accessory production.
2000
In 2000, we had our first international trade fair experience at the Turkish Export Products Fair in Libya. This laid the foundation for our participation in major and prestigious industry fairs across Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, and America in the years that followed.
1998
We made our first international export to Bulgaria with aluminium railing accessories. This marked the beginning of many future exports to global markets.
1988
We began our journey in 1988 by manufacturing aluminium door and window accessories with our first universal lathe, milling, and drilling machines.
